Ronald is a certified trainer in Appreciative Inquiry, Organisational Consciousness and Transformation leadership.

An expert in leadership and management, strategy, fundrais-ing programme development and implementation, entrepreneurship enhancement, or-ganisational development and human relations. Ronald has worked with mang organi-sations, including Open Society Foundations, the British Council, the United Nations Associations and Institut Titian Perdamaian (Peace Building Institute) in Indonesia.

He is a founder of Advance Afrika, Bold Energy and Bold Innovation among other things. Ronald holds a master’s degree in leadership and human Relations Studies from Makere-re University, an Executive MBA from ESAMI Tanzania, a bachelor’s degree in electrical en-gineering, an Executive Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an executive certificate in Strategic Perspectives in non-profit management from Harvard Business School.
