
Martina Richard
Martina Richard has more than three decades of international experience in peace and development cooperation, with a focus on Latin America.
She has led country and regional programs for GIZ, DED, EIRENE, and AGIAMONDO, overseeing budget management, professional development programs, security management, and conceptual and strategic direction.
Her expertise includes supporting civil society organizations, developing and implementing programs for youth employment and violence prevention, integration and migration in Germany, and providing consulting on transformation processes. She has proven competence in networking and advocacy, team leadership in intercultural contexts, and participatory methodologies.
A particular focus of her work has been on remembrance work in countries with a violent past. Fluent in Spanish and English, she combines strategic thinking with practical experience and a keen sensitivity to complex political and social contexts.
