… a facilitator and consultant on issues of peacebuilding as well as trauma and memory work (Dealing with the Past). My particular focus is on creating spaces for encounter and dialogue—context-sensitive, relationship-oriented, and impact-driven. I bring many years of experience in development cooperation, international peace work, process facilitation, moderating events and panel discussions both domestically and abroad. In doing so, I combine professional depth, dialogic competence, and practical experience with a special eye for people, their stories, and their resources.

… empower people and organizations to deal with violence and its consequences. My goal is not to provide quick answers, but to work together to find sustainable solutions. I support individuals and organizations in strengthening their capacity to act and in ensuring they do not feel alone or overwhelmed during the difficult process of overcoming violence—with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
